Transportation:<\/strong> Due to the variance in arrival times on June 18th, we will not provide a bus. Instead we will group you into groups of four person cabs. We have already contacted all people to whom this applies, if you haven’t been contacted by us please send an email to Gustavo and Noam.<\/p>\n

In case you take your own taxi, we would advise you to let us know as taxis booked in advance cost 75EUR, while cabs from the airport may be significantly more expensive.<\/p>\n

Welcome Cocktail<\/b>
\nThere will be a welcome cocktail on Sunday 18th of June at 2130.<\/p>\n

Conference Fee
\n<\/strong>For people staying the full 5 nights, the cost is 400EUR,<\/strong>\u00a0full board and accommodation. For people staying less please count on 80EUR<\/strong> per night.\u00a0<\/strong>Both these prices include a nominal conference fee. Credit cards and cash are both accepted.<\/p>\n

Talks<\/strong>
\nThe schedule can be found\u00a0here<\/a>.<\/strong> As you can see, the afternoons have been kept open for discussions. If there is a topic you would like to see discussed please propose this on Monday<\/strong> morning, when the afternoon schedule will be finalized.<\/p>\n

Discussion groups<\/strong>
\nThere will also be informal, unscheduled discussion group space for your needs. While these dont necessarily need to be prebooked, please be aware that if they are not, there may be some pressure on meeting room space.<\/p>\n

\nThe conference dinner will take place on Thursday 22nd June.<\/p>\n
